The North Springfield Swim Club is excited to offer our Winter Swim Program! These programs are designed to help swimmers stay active, continue developing their skills, and enter the summer season stronger and more confident than ever.
Winter Swim Program
Sundays | 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Season: September 2026 – May 2027
Cost: $380 ($10 discount for each additional child)
Location: Audrey Moore Rec Center 8100 Braddock Rd. Annandale, VA 22003
Our Winter Swim Program provides consistent training in a fun, supportive environment where swimmers can:
- Improve stroke technique and efficiency.
- Build endurance, strength, and speed.
- Increase confidence in all four competitive strokes.
- Refine starts, turns, and finishes.
- Stay in shape during the off-season.
- Be well-prepared for the summer NVSL season.
- Continue developing friendships and team spirit with fellow Dolphins.
